Attempt #027 — The Pizza Army

Objective: seize the town's food-delivery network at the dinner rush. Every driver in town will carry my orders, every delivery bag will carry my decree, and by dessert this town answers to me. Step one: Glitch will summon the drivers to headquarters. Step two: they will be briefed and enlisted. An army marches on its stomach, and I intend to arrive first.
SOVEREIGN
Glitch. Summon every delivery driver in town to headquarters. Tonight, they become my army.
GLITCH
Summoning! I ordered one pizza for each soldier! That is how you summon them, with pizza!
SOVEREIGN
I said recruit the drivers. I did not say order dinner for an army I do not yet have.
GLITCH
Update! Forty-seven drivers have arrived! Each one brought a pizza! Each one handed it over and left! They were very fast! That is good soldiering!
